Chengde Kingdream Mud gas separator
Mud gas separator is a special equipment for purifying the gas cut drilling fluid from the choke manifold, removing the air and natural gas mixed in the drilling fluid, and recovering the preliminary purified drilling fluid. When the gas cut drilling fluid from the choke manifold is injected into the tank from the top of the tank through the liquid inlet pipeline of the mud gas separator, the gas cut drilling fluid impacts the baffle at a relatively high speed to break and release the bubbles contained in the drilling fluid, and then the thin layer of drilling fluid flows through the metal surface, and the flow resistance can produce turbulence to bring these bubbles to the surface for separation. The separated gas is discharged from the separation gas exhaust pipeline for recovery or ignition, the drilling fluid deposited at the bottom of the tank is discharged through the fluid outlet and led to the drilling fluid
purification system for further purification.
