Chengde Kingdream Steam heat exchanger
The superheated steam from the steam generator directly enters into the pressurized shell of the steam heat exchanger to heat the coil directly, which has high heat exchange efficiency. The main purpose of using steam heat exchanger is to solve the problem of hydrate ice blockage in natural gas, and the heated fluid can improve the oil-gas separation efficiency (except for condensate). The coil is divided into two sections, upstream and downstream, with adjustable nozzles in the middle. its function is to reduce the flow rate of fluid in the downstream coil through choking, so as to carry out full heat exchange.
