H2 Choke Valve
The H2 series choke valve is ideally suited for a broad range of appl ications, including wellheads,production manifolds，choke valves and choke manifolds, wellhead test and clean-up operations.
The standard H2 class choke valves with multi-pressure needle and seat are used in the condition of erosive and corrosive environment with the pressure rating up to 15000 PSI.
Below 3 configurations are avai lable:
Positive choke-- valve provide a fixed flow condition with a large selection of available bean sizes and types.
Adjustable choke valve-- provides variable flow rates， but can be locked into position if a fixed flow rate is required.
PAC choke valve- -a dedicated positive/adjustable choke ideally suited for long term use as either a positive of adjustable choke. This choke is equipped with a unique bonnet assembly to fully retract the stem from the erosive flow path. This feature increases stem life and maintains controllability when operating as an adjustable choke.
An optional combination bean/seat converts the adjustable choke to a positive/adjustable choke for bringing on the well slowly with the adjustable feature. Once the desired flow rate is reached, the choke then can be operated as a positive choke. This reduces wear on the wing or master gate valves because they are not used to control flow. In every application, the H2 class choke valves keep the long life and low
maintenance.
H2 class choke valves'features and benefits:
1. Hole in bonnet nut to facilitate venting of pressure
2. Forged bonnet nut with lugs
3. H2 class choke valve prevents bonnet seal extrusion by means of body- to -bonnet contact behind the O ring seal
4. The bleed valve allowssafe venting of the body cavity pressure.
