JQH Pneumatic Winch is a kind of single roller and manual operation winch, which takes piston pneumatic
engine as impetus. It is mainly used for hauling or lifing weights in metal and coal mining site, construction project etc.
Having the advantages of small dimention, light weight, adjusting speed, carrying easily and quick installation, it is
more suitable for working under mine, for example, digging pit, attemper in stowage station of stoping working face,
hauling traction of heavy tools and instrument etc.

Structure and Function Sketch
JQH. Pneumatic engine winch is driven by compressing air. It can achieve the hoisted purpose through the
cylinder's operation which depends on the piston-wind-pneumatic engine and the retard mechanism which has two
groups of intake/exhaust transporting gear set (Fig.2). It is composed of pneumatic engine, gear box, detent, roller etc.
Every driving point operates easily. The parts have longer use life because the main parts are made of high-strength alloy
stel and chemical heating process.
The main parts' structure and effects are as follows:
1 Pneumatic engine
The pneumatic engine is composed of its cylinder block, the main valve and distribution valve which are fixed in
the cylinder block, and two groups of connecting-rods, piston, cylinder etc. which are fixed on the crankshaft case in
turn.
The operation of piston-pneumatic engine basically identifies with internal-combustion engine. When the control
rod is pushed at the starting position, distribution valve will open, and the compressed air from distribution valve enters
the main valve, and then arrives to one cylinder, pushes the piston, connecting rod and makes the crankshaft rotate,
meanwhile, crankshaft forces synchronous rotation on main valve, by the rotation of the main valve, it will separately
carry the compressed air into the six cylinders, owing to expansive action of compressed air, applies crankshaft
continuous rotation, then, loops. When the piston is pushed‘BDC' (Meanwhile, the main valve turns the position of first
exhaust,), and the expanded gas (It has definite pressure yet) passes through the exhaust hole from the cylinder, and
exhausts directly. Meanwhile, with the return of crankshaft, the piston is pushed 'TDC' (Meanwhile, the main valve also
turns the piston of second exhaust), and exhausts the remaining gas of cylinder from the exhaust hole of the main valve
and distribution valve. The function of the repeated circulation liking makes the crankshaft operate continuously at high
speed.
The use of link engine connects the main bearing with the main valve in order to make the operation of crankshaft,
connecting rod, piston etc. and coordinates with the operation of the main valve. The link engine not only cooperates
with the crankshaft with the main valve, but also can protect the pneumatic engine safety.
There are regulations for the link engine's material chosen and its fracture area. If the main valve was blocked and
couldn't continue to operate, the link engine would be cut immediately and make all the parts of pneumatic engine stop,
which can avoid or reduce the damage to other parts.
2. Gear box
The gear box and the base are cast into a whole including a gear rack and two groups of gear sets (One is inner gear
set, the other is outer gear set,), and all the gears are sealed in the gear box which has a definite oil level. The gear box
lies between the pneumatic engine and the roller by passing through the two groups of reducing gears and the clutch
which is fixed on the main bearing.
3. Brake
Brake is made up of steel-belt asbestos-ribbon, supporting, rack. Handle and adjust screw and so on. Steel-ribbon is
circle -shaped and asbestos-ribbon riveting inside surrounds on the circle edge of roller brake. One side of steel-ribbon
ties to supporting rack fastened on bottom. The other side rivets whorl joint. It ties to adjusting screw fastened on
supporting rack. When handle is twisted tightly by clockwise, steel-ribbon effects break-function and stop roller. On the
reverse, if handle runs by counter-clock wise, roller runs freely.
In addition, to provide convenience for users' use and operation, new-style remote electric pneumatic
hoists and remote air controlled pneumatic hoists, which, benefiting from the combination of two conventional
braking and jacking control systems. are featured not only by realization of remote operation control but also
by their simplicity, safety and reliability. Their operating principles and usage are stated in detail in the
