Technical requirements for use of pneumatic control elements
1. Working medium: the compressed air used by the pneumatic control element is dry and clean air that has been dewatered, filtered and contains oil mist.
2.The ambient temperature and medium temperature are both 5 ~ 50 ℃. If it is lower than 5 ℃, the water in the medium shall be specially treated.
3.Working pressure range: pressure control element: 0.2 ~ 0.8MPa (sequence valve: 0.1 ~ 0.8MPa); flow control element: 0.05 ~ 0.8MPa; maximum working pressure of directional control element: 0.8MPa. The minimum working pressure of solenoid pilot valve is 0.2MPa, that of two position slide valve is 0.15Mpa, that of three position slide valve and stop valve is 0.2MPa, that of manual and machine-controlled slide valve is 0.05Mpa, and that of manual and machine-controlled stop valve is 0.05Mpa. The pressure of one-way valve, shuttle valve and double pressure valve is 0.05Mpa, and that of quick discharge valve is 0.1MPa.
4.Voltage: input the corresponding voltage according to the label, the allowable voltage fluctuation is - 15% ~ + 10% of the rated voltage, and the power frequency is 50Hz.
5.The minimum working frequency is once / 30 days
