The High Pressure Gate Valve is designed and manufactured to NACE MR0I75 standard and API spec 6A-21. It is offered in the material class EE-0.5.
The body and cover are both fabricated from 4130 alloy structural steels for enough strength. The valve core is also fabricated from 12Cr13 alloy structural steel and its sealing surface is built up using carbide alloy overlays for improvement of resistance to abrasion and corrosion. Nonmetallic seals are made of nitrile-butadiene rubber (NBR) and meet the requirements of ASTM D1418.
The metallic materials' hardness values after the final heat treatment cycle are HB 197~HB235. The mechanical properties of these materials meet the requirements of 75K standard materials.
The reasonable material application and normal manufacturing techniques ensure the product's safety and reliability under specified service conditions.
