Z23X-35 is kind of high pressure(35mpa/5000psi) mud gate valve drive by hand with trapezoid external thread connection and adopted rubber flexible seal.
Z23X-35 used for oil well mud circulation system equipment for controlling mud circulation and shut down,the use of parallel gate valve seat with elastic sealing good sealing effect, open the light. Valves and pipe connections at both ends sealed, the use of spherical active contact with the rubber O-ring joints with a combination of activities on the installation of the pipe at both ends of a straight line when less demanding and seal.
The main parts of Z23x-35 series mud gate valve are made of high-strength alloy steel, strengthened by heat treatment, the friction surface is chrome plated with wear resistance, and the surfaces in direct contact with air and medium are subject to corresponding anti-corrosion treatment. Special tooling and measuring tools are designed and manufactured to ensure the processing quality of main parts. The products have been subjected to strength pressure test and sealing pressure test before leaving the factory, Safe and reliable.
Z23x-35 series mud gate valve is mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, gate, bonnet, valve stem, handwheel body, seals and fasteners. The gate valve adopts rubber flexible seal. The sealing valve seat is installed in the cavity of the valve body. There is a certain preload between the valve seat and the valve body during assembly. When the hand wheel body is tightened, the gate valve is closed, the valve plate is inserted into the valve seat hole, the valve plate moves parallel to one side under the action of fluid pressure, and the plane of the valve plate is close to the sealing rubber boss on the valve seat to realize sealing. The "on" and "off" of the gate valve adopt "t" thread structure, the valve stem seal is realized by the combination structure of "V" seal ring and pressure ring, and the "O" seal ring is used for double sealing. The union joint surface adopts double spherical structure and "O" type sealing ring for sealing, so it is light, labor-saving and reliable for "opening" and "closing" gate valves.
