DQ197/40Y Three Way Hydraulic Tong is used to tighten and take off 2 3/8″~4″drill pipes,2 7/8″~4 1/2″tubing and
4 1/2″~73/4″casing.
Feature:
1. The complete hydraulic tong is made of master tong and back up tong,they can work synchronistically.Also the back up tong can grip individually.
2. Both of the master and back up tong adopt negative camber roller to climb,and two-way clamping system to clamp pipes,coupler or connectors.
3. Damping system is installed on the top of tong head which is convenient to adjust and repair.
4. Hydraulic control system adopts trible integrated hydraulic valve block to make sure the reliable actions of back up tong.Also it possesses overpower protection to adjust fuel supplies pressure, which can obtain optimum make up torques.
5. The reset button of master and back up tongs is designed as reset hand level which insures safe reset and flexible operation.
6. Adopt extension frontal and back guide rods which insure the back up tong can grip couplings or connectors or pipes.
7. The master tong is equipped with safe door and trible hydraulic valve block self locking system.When the safe door is open,the overflow valve handle is located on the locked position.
8. The power tong is equipped with hydraulic spring suspension system,which can elevation and subsidence the power tong.This safety device can adjust the height of power tong conveniently.
