Recommended working media: Air, Water, Oil, Gas and Mud. The applied vibration free cold working pressure is 103.5 MPa. It is used for the pipeline, special vehicle device or other extra high pressure device. The characteristics include using the elastic lipped seal ring to provide the seal and protect the seal surface between the metal and the metal.
Hammer Union type mainly consists of Figure50, Figure100, Figure200, Figure206, Figure207, Figure400, Figure600, Figure602, Figure1002, Figure1002 ,Figure1502, Figure2002 etc.
For the pressure seal pipe thread, it is not recommended to use under the surge pressure with above 70 MPa, or the side loading, or the working environment with estimating the corrosion. The non-pressure seal thread or the straight integral connections will be better under the above-mentioned conditions. In order to acheive the recommended vibration free cold working pressure, the threading connection needs the power firm device. Other usage under the abnormal working state can be consulted with the plant.
